I will also give instructions for the full recipe as I learned it but as I often have less than all the ingredients for a proper guacamole, I have adapted it to fit the way I stock my kitchen.

Having a summer salad in the middle of winter because Costco finally had candied pecans 🎉 and summer salads are my favorite. 😊
