Book Blurb:

She thought she was the only one lying about her identity. Until she stepped into her sister’s life.

Acelynn Benedict is polished, successful and seems to have everything Charlotte yearns for—a wealthy, doting family in Savannah, a handsome boyfriend, a great career. She’s just as surprised as Charlotte to learn she has a sister. But when tragedy hits and Charlotte is forced to assume Acelynn’s identity in a desperate moment, she uncovers something altogether darker…

No one in her sister’s life is quite who they seem to be. And every discovery leads Charlotte deeper into a web of deadly secrets. Charlotte may have wanted Acelynn’s life, yet now that she’s living it, she wants out. But if she reveals the truth about herself, it will mean returning to her old life—and she’s already a dead woman there.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The Other Sister is a chilling story about a woman’s struggle to make the right choices, even as everything around her spirals out of control.

Charlotte Kane is trying to rebuild her life when her estranged mother overdoses. While sorting through her mom’s meager belongings, Charlotte discovers a shocking secret—she has a twin sister who was adopted as a baby. After some digging through social media and the internet, Charlotte learns her sister has the life she has always dreamed of: wealth, security, and everything Charlotte has never had. Reaching out, she is thrilled when her sister welcomes her with open arms.

But things take a dark turn, plunging Charlotte into a series of tragic events that derail her plans and push her into a life-altering decision. Charlotte, to save herself, leaps into her sister‘s life and assumes her identity. Only when she gets to Savannah, things are not as they appear. Secrets abound in the wealthy population, secrets that might get Charlotte killed.

Jessica R. Patch’s The Other Sister is gripping, twisted, and impossible to put down. I was sucked into Charlotte‘s story, silently begging her to make better choices as I watched her already broken life spiral further into chaos. She wanted so badly to do the right thing, to move forward, but her decisions only pulled her deeper into the darkness.

The Other Sister kept me captivated until the last chapter. Well done, Jessica! What an unforgettable read!
